How serene this sailboat is as it drifts on a lake past a heavily-wooded hillside at sunset! I like lake living. I call it Solitary Sailboat. A simple painting that shows tranquil ripples on the lake surface. It is easy to become mesmerized when looking at it. It is another one of my watercolor and marker paintings. I love this technique.
