• Return Policy

Files are non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Digital orders cannot be cancelled.

• Digital Rights

You are buying the use only of my files, except where noted that you own personalized printables and digitals. All rights remain with me.

• Customization

All files are sold as is without any promise of customization or personalization, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

• Prohibited Use

Please do not use my files for hate, racist, discrimination, pornographic or sacrilegious materials, or to hurt children in any way.

Please respect my intellectual property by not selling, giving away, sharing for copying or otherwise redistributing my files. Please refer anyone who is interested to my shop and/or share my email: info@printaphoria.com

• Commercial Use/Angel Policy

You may use Printaphoria files in designing and making your projects for sale. No additional license needed.

You must add my digital graphics or printables as elements in your own designs in order to sell my work. You must use them within your own designs if you want to sell them in your graphics pkgs, clip art/collage sheets, etc.

Example: if you add my rose to your junk journal cluster and add that cluster, with your others, to your clip art sheet, that sale of my rose is allowed. You incorporated it, as an element, into your own design. If you want to add my rose, as you bought it, to your clip art sheet, that type of sale, even with attribution, is not allowed. You would be representing my work as your own work.

Example: If you take one of my paintings and add elements, designs, text and graphics to it to create a junk journal page, wall art, screensaver, etc., that sale of my painting is allowed. You incorporated it, as an element, into your own design. If you want to add my painting to your shop, as it is when you bought it, that type of sale, even with attribution, is not allowed. You would be representing my work as your own work.

You may not sell my files or printed graphics as they are when you receive them. You may not add them as are to graphics pks, clip art/collage sheets, etc.

Changing the colors and/or sizes of my graphics (while this is allowed) and selling them individually or as part of a collage sheet or graphics pkg is the same as selling them as is. This type of selling of Printaphoria graphics is not allowed.

Design around or with my graphics if you want to use them for sale. You may not sell them exactly as you bought them from me. For commercial use, you are using my files as design or crafting elements. All rights remain with Printaphoria.

• # Of Prints Allowed

Files may be printed an unlimited # of times.

• Limits On How Many Products Can Be Made

There is no limit on the # of products you can create with Printaphoria files.

• Allowable Edits

Sizes and colors may be edited as needed.

• Attribution

Attribution is not required but any mention of Printaphoria and directing those who are interested to my shop is appreciated.

• Replacement Files

A new file may be requested via email if original file is lost or destroyed and if there are no more downloads available to you through your purchase link.
